• Soudabond 642 DUO is a powerful, solvent- and water-free 2-component polyurethane adhesive for bonding connecting corners in extruded aluminium window profiles by means of post-injection. Moisture-independent hardening. Also suitable for bonding metals in other applications.

Applications:

• Highly suitable for post-injection bonding of connecting corners in extruded aluminium corner profiles. Bonding of metals in other applications.

Directions for use:

• To be applied with a hand or pneumatic sealant gun (at max. 4.5 bar). First remove the screw cap and then the red valve. Place the tubes in the gun and then spray the product (without static mixer) until both components come out of the tube. Then mount the static mixer on the gun. This will immediately obtain an optimal mixing ratio when injecting the adhesive. After assembling the aluminium frame, apply Soudabond 642 DUO by post-injection into the openings provided for this purpose. When doing so, do not cut off the supplied static mixer.
